All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Shipping Note: We ship globally, excluding certain Asian countries and remote areas. Customs duties and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bow Lingerie and other intimate apparel
  • Bridal Accessories that have been used or altered
  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Step-by-Step Return Process

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Mail the package to our address (provided in your authorization email).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 5: Processing

Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.
