We understand that finding the perfect transformative outfit is essential to your confidence journey. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is designed with your convenience in mind.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. This gives you ample time to ensure your Alice in Wonderland costume, animal costume, or any other enchanting outfit is perfect for your transformation.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Item must not show any signs of wear or alteration
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bow Lingerie and other intimate apparel
• Bridal Accessories that have been used or altered
• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
• Personalized or custom-made items

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Submit Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address (provided in your authorization email)
5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to help you find the perfect costume:

• Exchanges are subject to item availability
• We’ll notify you if your desired exchange item is out of stock
• Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
• Exchanges typically process faster than refunds

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

Given our global shipping (excluding certain Asian countries and remote areas), international returns follow the same policy but may require additional shipping time. Customs duties and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
